Volunter With Liwan
The Volunteer Unit is one of the roles played by Liwan Space in supporting learning opportunities for individuals, helping them develop self-awareness and take steps toward a deeper understanding of themselves while enhancing their capabilities. The unit involves selecting volunteer companions for the executive team, allowing volunteers to work alongside the team and benefit from their experiences. They undertake tasks related to the responsibilities assigned to individuals within the executive team, thereby acquiring skills on both a cognitive and functional level. This way, volunteers also gain professional skills relevant to their roles in volunteering. Liwan Space believes that youth represent a rich source of knowledge that adds value to the place, and this is the foundation for establishing the Volunteer Unit.
